MARVEL - Spider-Man "Holiday Special" - Figure Legend Series 15cm

MARVEL – Spider-Man Holiday Special – Marvel Legends Series 15 cm action figure

Celebrate the festive season with this special edition Spider-Man figure from Hasbro’s Marvel Legends Series. Measuring approximately 15 cm, this articulated figure is inspired by the hero’s festive appearances in the Marvel Holiday Specials and Spider-Man comics, combining his iconic red and blue suit with an outfit directly inspired by Father Christmas.

Spider-Man is depicted here wearing a red Santa Claus coat with white trim, moulded from plastic and worn over his classic costume. A removable Santa hat completes this festive look. The figure features the level of articulation characteristic of the Marvel Legends collection, with a movable head, arms and legs allowing for a variety of poses for display.

This edition comes with eight accessories: two alternative hands, a Santa hat and a cloth bag containing four mystery presents. The bag can be used with Spider-Man to recreate a scene in which the hero is handing out presents across New York, giving this version a distinctly different identity from traditional Marvel Legends editions.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Spider-Man, also known as Peter Parker in his classic incarnation, is one of Marvel’s iconic heroes. Having acquired superhuman abilities linked to a spider, he uses his strength, agility, spider-sense and web-shooters to protect New York. His story is traditionally associated with the principle that with great power comes great responsibility.

This Holiday Special version is not a new permanent battle suit, but a festive interpretation inspired by the Marvel Holiday Specials and Spider-Man comics. Here, Hasbro imagines the hero in the midst of the Christmas season, roaming New York with a bag full of presents. The red coat, Santa hat and presents thus transform his classic look into a seasonal edition designed to complement a Marvel Legends collection.
