Origin and backstory of the character (Lore)

Deadpool, alias Wade Wilson, is one of the most unconventional anti-heroes in the Marvel universe. A mercenary with a powerful regenerative ability, he is capable of surviving injuries that would normally be fatal and possesses great skill in close combat and the use of weapons.

The character is distinguished above all by his irreverent humour, his unpredictable behaviour and his tendency to break the fourth wall by addressing the reader or viewer directly. This distinctive trait gives him a very special place amongst Marvel’s heroes and anti-heroes.

Deadpool regularly appears alongside or against characters such as Wolverine, Cable, Colossus and various members of the X-Men, whilst generally pursuing his own interests and a highly personal conception of heroism.

This Deadpool Sherpa fleece jacket brings the Merc with a Mouth’s visual identity to life in a warm garment designed for fans who want to show their love for the character right down to their wardrobe.
