Meet the Marsupilami as he appears in the 2026 live-action film with this official soft toy manufactured by Barrado. Standing approximately 30 cm tall, it features the design of the young Marsupilami discovered by the protagonists of the film directed by Philippe Lacheau.
The soft toy retains the character’s instantly recognisable features: its yellow fur dotted with black spots, its large ears, its particularly expressive eyes, its pale belly and, above all, its famous long tail with a black tip. However, this version adopts the rounder, more youthful proportions of the baby Marsupilami depicted in the film adaptation.
Measuring 30 cm, it can serve equally well as a soft toy or as a decorative piece in a collection dedicated to the Marsupilami and Franco-Belgian comics. Barrado offers here a representation directly inspired by the live-action design, distinct from the character’s traditional cartoon appearance.

The Marsupilami is a fictional creature created by André Franquin in 1952 in the Spirou and Fantasio adventure *Spirou and the Heirs*. Native to the jungles of Palombia, this animal with yellow fur speckled with black is distinguished by its extraordinary strength and intelligence, but above all by its immense prehensile tail, which it uses to move about, fight and protect its family.
This soft toy is specifically inspired by the film *Marsupilami*, directed by Philippe Lacheau and released in cinemas on 4 February 2026. The story follows David, who agrees to bring back a mysterious parcel from South America in order to save his job. Whilst on a cruise with his ex-partner Tess, their son Léo and his colleague Stéphane, the parcel is accidentally opened, revealing a baby Marsupilami, which quickly plunges their trip into chaos.
The film thus brings Franquin’s famous creature back to life in a new live-action adventure, whilst retaining the character’s essential traits: his energy, his astonishing strength, his mischievous nature and his long tail. This Barrado soft toy faithfully recreates the appearance of the baby Marsupilami from the 2026 film in a cuddly 30 cm format.
