Character background and universe (Lore)
In the cult universe of Magical Angel Creamy Mami (a flagship anime series launched in 1983 by Studio Pierrot), the story follows young Yu Morisawa, an ordinary ten-year-old girl. After crossing paths with an alien spacecraft, she receives a magic powder compact granting her the power to transform, for one year, into a stunning sixteen-year-old girl.
In this adult form, Yu is spotted by chance and unwittingly becomes Creamy Mami, a purple-haired singing idol whose talent and charm immediately captivate the whole of Japan. This Adokenette figurine pays a vibrant tribute to this timeless icon of the Magical Girl genre, embodying all the nostalgia and childlike innocence that animate the secret heart of the famous pop singer.
