Origin and backstory of the character
First introduced in the Theros expansion in 2013, Ashiok is a Planeswalker whose identity and origins are shrouded in mystery. A master of black and blue magic, this character weaves the deepest fears of his targets to manifest his opponents’ worst terrors as living nightmares. Ashiok travels from plane to plane, not to conquer or destroy, but to study the nature of fear in mortals and gods alike. This Funko Pop! figurine perfectly captures the unsettling, elegant and spectral aesthetic of this unique entity, making it a must-have centrepiece for all duellists and enthusiasts of the rich mythology of Magic: The Gathering.
