Meet Splodyhead, Experiment 619, with this Funko POP! Deluxe No. 1832 figure from the Lilo & Stitch Experiments collection. This edition features the alien creature inside a transparent containment capsule, following on from the Stitch, Angel and Slushy models in this series. 

Splodyhead takes on his characteristic appearance as a small, red, reptilian creature, with multiple limbs, large ears, blue eyes and a striped horn on the top of his head. The character is positioned on the purple and grey high-tech base common to the various Experiments figures, beneath a large transparent dome reminiscent of the devices used to contain Jumba’s creations.

Character origin and backstory (Lore)

Splodyhead, also known as Experiment 619, is one of the genetic experiments created by Jumba Jookiba. His original function is to fire powerful bursts of flaming plasma from his nose, making him a particularly destructive creation. He also has night vision and can move along walls and ceilings.

In *Lilo & Stitch: The Series*, Lilo, Stitch and Gantu attempt to capture Experiment 619 after it is activated. Once rehabilitated, Splodyhead finally finds his ‘one true place’ by using his powers to good effect to light the tiki torches at luaus. This POP! Deluxe figurine therefore symbolically returns to his origins as an experimental creature by depicting him still enclosed in his containment capsule.
