Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Olaf is a magical little snowman born of Elsa's imagination and powers as a child, then inadvertently recreated when the Queen fled the kingdom of Arendelle. Unlike ordinary snow creatures, Olaf has an innocent personality, a candid sense of humour and a surprising dream: to discover the sweetness of summer and sunshine without knowing that he is in danger of evaporating. Olaf's famous line, uttered as he stands by the fireplace to comfort the dying Princess Anna, embodies the very spirit of the film, proving that true love lies in sacrifice and kindness towards those we cherish.
