Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the King of the Hill animated series, Bobby Hill often finds himself in situations that contrast with his peaceful nature. This figure is a direct reference to the cult episode "Bobby Goes Nuts" (Season 6), in which the young boy enrols in a self-defence course to deal with the bullies at his school. Not having access to the regular course, he mistakenly joins a self-defence class reserved for women, where he is taught to aim for vulnerable areas in the event of an attack. Bobby then adopts an unstoppable technique, which he applies by shouting the line that has become legendary in pop culture: " It's my handbag!That's my purse! I don't know you! This instinctive and hilarious kick enables him to take down all the bullies in the neighbourhood, as well as his own father Hank, before the latter reminds him of the rules of fair play and traditional boxing.
