Funko Pop! Figure — Disney — Meg with flowers (Hercules No. 1667) 9cm
This figurine from Funko’s POP! Vinyl range depicts the sarcastic, independent and captivating young woman before she came into her own: Megara, known as ‘Meg’.
The figure features the stylised features and proportions characteristic of Funko figures, with its signature oversized head. The design captures the young woman’s appearance at a specific moment, dressed in her modest draped outfit. The plastic sculpture pays meticulous attention to the character’s physical attributes, conveying her innocence, determination and the slender physique of a mythological figure. The paintwork faithfully reproduces the contrasting colours and the details of the flowers she is holding, illustrating the psychology of this sharp-witted woman.

Character background and lore
Inspired by the classic Disney animated feature film released in 1997, Megara is a cynical and independent young woman who has spent part of her life pursuing a single goal: to buy back her freedom after selling her soul to the Lord of the Underworld to save the man she loved, who subsequently abandoned her. Tormented by the betrayals of her past relationships and with her pride wounded, she lives in isolation, far removed from the sincerity of men, refusing to trust anyone. Her routine is turned upside down by the arrival of a young man with uncontrollable brute strength who is shunned by his peers. Although exasperated by his clumsiness, Meg recognises in him the potential and purity needed to fulfil her own hidden desires. This marks the beginning of a gruelling journey of self-discovery, in which she must navigate the balance between her budding feelings for the future demigod and the machinations of the realm of the dead.
