Origin and world of the characters
The characters in this set come from the famous Harry Potter fantasy saga, adapted from the literary masterpieces of British author J.K. Rowling. The story follows the struggle of the young wizard Harry Potter against the dark wizard Lord Voldemort, in a magical society hidden from human eyes. At the heart of the story is Albus Dumbledore, the venerable, eccentric and powerful headmaster of Hogwarts School, considered to be the greatest wizard of his time. He is supported by Minerva McGonagall, the strict but profoundly fair Professor of Shapeshifting and Headmistress of Gryffindor House. The pack also includes Nick Almost Headless (Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington), the official and benevolent ghost of Gryffindor, whose imperfectly severed neck is the subject of recurring gags. This collection of key school figures captures the academic and protective atmosphere that surrounds the young hero's first years as an apprentice.
