Origin and character background
Ghostface is the psychopathic killer clad in a long black cape and wearing a white mask inspired by the famous painting The Scream, who has become the undisputed icon of the Scream film series launched by Wes Craven in 1996. Unlike other monsters of horror cinema, Ghostface is not a supernatural entity, but a shifting identity adopted by various killers throughout the films, driven by revenge or an obsession with the conventions of horror cinema. Armed with his trusty knife and terrorising his victims over the phone before striking, he has profoundly redefined the slasher genre. This Pop! figurine perfectly captures the sinister and mysterious look of the famous Woodsboro killer, establishing itself as an essential cult piece for all thrill-seekers and collectors of horror pop culture.
