This Funko POP! Games figure No. 1318 depicts Toy Freddy, the modernised version of Freddy Fazbear introduced in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. In keeping with the distinctive style of the POP! range, the animatronic bear retains his brown colouring, red cheeks, top hat and microphone. 

Toy Freddy is depicted standing, holding a black microphone in his right hand. His oversized head features his beige snout, black nose, thick eyebrows and round red cheeks. His smile reveals a row of square white teeth, whilst his black top hat is adorned with a red band.

The body features several details characteristic of the animatronic: a black bow tie, two buttons on the chest and various visible mechanical joints on the arms and legs. The colour scheme mainly combines several shades of brown and beige, complemented by the black and red of his accessories.

Character background and lore

Toy Freddy is an animatronic introduced in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, the second instalment in the horror game series created by Scott Cawthon. He belongs to the new generation of animatronics installed at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, which opened in 1987, alongside Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica, amongst others.

The Toy animatronics are presented as modernised versions of the restaurant’s original characters. They have improved mobility as well as a facial recognition system linked to a criminal database, designed to enhance customer safety during the day.

In Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Toy Freddy usually starts on the main stage with Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica. During the night, he gradually leaves this area, moves through different parts of the restaurant and may eventually reach the caretaker’s office. The player must then use Freddy’s mask to try to fool his recognition system.

Visually, Toy Freddy incorporates several features of the original Freddy Fazbear, notably his brown bear appearance, his hat, his bow tie and his microphone. He is distinguished, however, by a smoother, glossier finish, red cheeks, blue eyes and an overall look that is deliberately more colourful and welcoming.
