Ladevorgang
This Kotobukiya collectable mini-figure depicts Rei Ayanami as part of the OSHI WORKS Mini range, a series of stylised figures designed as a sister collection to the OSHI WORKS range. Rei is depicted here in her appearance from *Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition*, with a compact size and a deliberately cute aesthetic designed for collectors.
Pre-painted and made from PVC and ABS, the figurine stands approximately 10 cm tall. Its small size makes it easy to display on a desk, a shelf or alongside other characters from the same collection.

Character background and universe (Lore)
Rei Ayanami is one of the central pilots in the Evangelion saga. Calm, reserved and often difficult to read, she is primarily associated with Evangelion Unit-00 and has a special relationship with both Gendo Ikari and Shinji Ikari.
In Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition, Rei gradually begins to express more emotion in her interactions with Shinji, marking a significant development in her character. Kotobukiya specifically highlights this aspect in the official presentation of this figurine.
This OSHI WORKS Mini version reimagines Rei in a more compact and stylised aesthetic, whilst retaining the key visual elements that make the character and her world instantly recognisable.
