Banpresto G×materia Figure — Dragon Ball Z — Vegeta 12cm
This vinyl figurine from the famous G×materia collection by leading brand Banpresto depicts the proud and ruthless Prince of the Saiyans: Vegeta.
The figurine stands approximately 12 cm tall, maintaining the range’s proportions so it can be displayed perfectly alongside the other warriors in the collection. The unique concept of the G×materia range is characterised by the incorporation of a translucent energy effect embedded with glitter to bring to life the power of the fighters’ special attacks. The design captures Vegeta in an ultra-dynamic combat pose, frozen in mid-air as he charges or unleashes his spiritual energy. The high-quality PVC plastic sculpture faithfully recreates his iconic appearance from the Saiyan saga, characterised by his space combat armour with shoulder pads, his power detector (scouter) and his black hair standing on end. The meticulous application of paint highlights the muscular tension in his body and the determined fury on his face.

Character background and universe (Lore)
In the science-fiction epic Dragon Ball Z, Vegeta is the crown prince of the warrior race known as the Saiyans, a survivor of the destruction of his home planet by the galactic tyrant Frieza. Initially introduced as a ruthless and cruel conqueror, he arrives on Earth alongside Nappa with the aim of seizing the Dragon Balls to gain immortality. His titanic duel against Son Goku (Kakarot) marks the beginning of a legendary and obsessive rivalry that will drive him to train relentlessly to surpass his low-caste rival. Endowed with unshakeable royal pride and an innate tactical genius for martial arts, Vegeta develops planet-destroying techniques such as the Galick Gun and the Big Bang Attack, evolving over the course of the story arcs from a ruthless antagonist into a fierce protector of Earth and an indispensable pillar of the Z Warriors.
