Origin and universe of the character
Produced by Toei Animation from 1996 onwards, the Dragon Ball GT anime series continues Akira Toriyama’s legendary work by introducing brand-new threats emerging from the depths of hell. The Super C-17 arc begins when Dr Gero and Dr Myuu combine their evil genius to create a perfect twin of C-17 in the afterlife. Crossing the boundary between worlds, the original C-17 and his infernal clone merge to give rise to the ultimate cybernetic entity: Super C-17. Boasting a decidedly more mature look with his long black hair, this ruthless warrior possesses the terrifying ability to absorb all his opponents’ energy attacks – including Son Goku’s Kamehameha – to multiply his own power tenfold. This Funko Pop! figure faithfully captures all the coldness and presence of this iconic boss from the GT era.
