In the world of Demon Slayer
In the ruthless world of Demon Slayer, Akaza holds the dreaded position of Third Upper Moon amongst the Twelve Demon Moons, under the direct command of Muzan Kibutsuji. Once a human named Hakuji, his life was shattered by a series of personal tragedies, transforming him into a demon obsessed with the quest for absolute power. Unlike his peers, Akaza categorically refuses to kill or eat women and holds a deep respect for the warrior’s code. Fighting exclusively in close combat using his devastating martial arts-based style (the Technique Deployment), he gained a grim notoriety during the tragic clash on the Infinity Train against the Flame Pillar, Kyojuro Rengoku.
