Origin and character background
Kurumi Tokisaki is the antagonist and most iconic heroine of the science fiction and romance saga Date A Live, written by Koushi Tachibana. Designated by the code name "Nightmare" by the AST, she is considered the most brutal and murderous Spirit in the series’ universe, having caused the deaths of thousands of people with her own hands. Unlike the other Spirits, Kurumi has temporarily integrated herself into human society to pursue her own dark agenda: to accumulate enough temporal energy to travel back in time and eliminate the first, original Spirit.
Behind her extremely polite and refined manners, befitting a young lady from a good family, lies a sadistic and psychopathic personality, the absolute master of time and shadow thanks to her angel Zaphkiel. This 13 cm figurine is packed with meticulous details to capture the full complexity of her visual identity. It beautifully captures her long black hair styled in asymmetrical pigtails, partially concealing her golden left eye shaped like a clock face, as well as the flowing lines of her garment, making this piece an essential item for fans of the Shido and Spirits universe.
