Player background and career (Lore)
Dominik Livaković has made a legendary mark on the history of international football thanks to his extraordinary performances at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Having become Croatia’s national hero, the goalkeeper thwarted opposing attacks with a string of decisive reflex saves, becoming one of the few keepers to save three penalties in a single shootout during the round of 16 against Japan, before repeating his exploits against Brazil in the quarter-finals. His spectacular saves were crucial in guiding the Vatreni to third place on the world stage. This Minix figurine immortalises the status of this impenetrable wall, the true guardian angel of the Croatian national team.
