Origin and character background
In the series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, which follows the adventures of Naruto Uzumaki, Boro emerges as one of the most dangerous lieutenants of the Kara organisation. Seemingly jovial and charismatic, he secretly runs a religious cult to manipulate vulnerable populations by posing as a saviour capable of curing diseases. In combat, Boro is a terrifying warrior who has been scientifically modified by Amado. He possesses extraordinary regenerative abilities, allowing him to instantly reconstruct entire parts of his body that have been destroyed. By combining his Katon (the art of fire manipulation) and Suiton (the art of water manipulation) techniques, he generates a toxic black mist laced with destructive viruses. His fierce battle against Konoha’s new generation of ninjas remains one of the most tense moments of the Kara arc.
