Origin and background of the character
The character of Jimmy Jr. comes from the famous American animated series *Bob’s Burgers*, created by Loren Bouchard in 2011 for Fox. The plot is set in a small American coastal town and follows the chaotic, heart-warming and zany daily life of the Belcher family, who run a local burger restaurant. Jimmy Jr. is the eldest son of Jimmy Pesto, the owner of the rival Italian restaurant situated directly opposite Bob’s. A pupil at Wagstaff School, Jimmy Jr. is known for his lisp, his annoying habit of ignoring Tina’s romantic poems, and above all his total obsession with ballroom dancing and breakdancing, which he performs spontaneously at the slightest opportunity.
This vinyl figurine perfectly captures his laid-back teenage look, ready to bring a touch of humour and lively nostalgia to collectors’ shelves.
