Ladevorgang
Based on the game Blue Archive, this figurine depicts Yurizono Seia in her swimsuit outfit, a far cry from the usually more formal setting of Trinity General School. Produced by Good Smile Arts Shanghai and distributed by Good Smile Company, it is on a 1/7 scale and stands approximately 22.8 cm tall, including the base.
The sculpture captures Seia’s summery look in a deliberately relaxed pose. The character wears a white swimsuit paired with a loose-fitting yellow jacket, whilst her long, light-coloured hair, halo and distinctive features ensure her visual identity is instantly recognisable. The design also incorporates her holiday accessories, notably her visor and tinted sunglasses, in a bright colour scheme dominated by white, yellow and shades of orange.
Good Smile places particular emphasis on her characteristic expression, her bare forehead and her carefree posture, all designed to convey the relaxed atmosphere of a holiday. The sculpting is by gasika, whilst the painting is by Fish King. Fully pre-painted and non-articulated, the figurine comes with a dedicated base.
This version thus offers a much lighter portrayal of Seia than her usual appearance within the Tea Party. Its 1/7 scale allows for the reproduction of the details of her outfit, her hair and her expression, whilst maintaining a display height of approximately 23 cm.
Yurizono Seia is one of the leading figures of the Tea Party, the governing body of the prestigious Trinity General School. She sits alongside Misono Mika and Kirifuji Nagisa and is associated with the Sanctus faction. Seia is distinguished by her particularly refined manner of speech, her composed nature and her prophetic dreams, which give her an important role in the plot of the Eden Treaty.
The Swimsuit version appears in the summer event ‘Summer Sky’s Promise’. The three members of the Tea Party travel to a private beach belonging to their organisation to take a holiday after their many responsibilities. The official event description portrays Seia as making the most of her summer and revealing an even freer and more spontaneous side to her personality.
This figurine is based precisely on this summery incarnation: rather than emphasising her political responsibilities within Trinity or the more serious events surrounding the Eden Treaty, it focuses on a moment of relaxation and carefree enjoyment, captured through the character’s beachwear, natural pose and serene expression.
