The Suppress Superion 0-70LP joins Hasbro’s Beyblade X range with a Balance-type configuration designed to combine attack, defence and endurance. This right-spinning top combines the Suppress Superion Blade with the 0-70 Ratchet and the LP Bit, creating a versatile configuration that can alter its behaviour depending on the launch angle.

Origin and background of the spinning top (Lore)

Beyblade X is the fourth main generation of the Beyblade franchise. Its system retains the concept of battles between customisable spinning tops whilst introducing a key mechanic: the X-Dash. Beyblade X arenas feature a toothed track capable of catching the top’s Bit and causing rapid acceleration to facilitate more spectacular collisions.

Suppress Superion belongs to the Balance category, which means its configuration aims to avoid excessive specialisation in any single statistic. Its Blade therefore has relatively balanced stats across attack, defence and endurance, whilst the Low Point Bit allows its behaviour to vary depending on how it is spun.

The Western version of Suppress Superion also has a Japanese equivalent called SiegSuperion. Both use the 0-70LP combination, although they are marketed differently: Hasbro offers G2745 as a Starter set with a launcher, whilst the Japanese version is marketed as a Takara Tomy Booster pack.
