Origin and universe of the character
Created by Blizzard Entertainment, the World of Warcraft universe is the most iconic MMORPG in the history of video games, depicting the perpetual struggle for control of Azeroth. Illidan Stormrage, nicknamed ‘the Betrayer’, is one of the most complex, tragic and iconic characters in the saga. The first of all Demon Hunters, he sacrificed his own eyes and embraced the corrupted energy of the Burning Legion to gain the power needed to destroy the demons. Armed with his famous Warblades of Azzinoth and recognisable by his imposing horns, ritual tattoos and demon wings, he ruled the Outland with an iron fist before leading the final victory against the Legion on Argus. This Funko Pop! figurine captures all his dark grandeur, whilst its rare ‘Chase’ variant is a must-have for all fans of Blizzard’s lore.
