Character background and universe (Lore)
Astrotrain is one of the most feared and strategically important members of Megatron’s forces due to his role as an intergalactic heavy transporter. Immediately after the terrible battle at Autobot City, it was he who deployed his space hold to evacuate the wounded and surviving Decepticons far from Earth. Capable of sowing confusion amongst his adversaries by instantly switching from a terrestrial railway track to the far reaches of the cosmos, he also witnessed key moments in the space-age tyranny, such as Starscream’s short-lived coronation. This exclusive figure celebrates the mechanical complexity and historical significance of this steel warrior, establishing itself as an essential centrepiece for all Generation 1 enthusiasts.
