This Banpresto figurine depicts Mikan Yuki, Rito Yuki’s younger sister in To LOVE-Ru Darkness, as part of the Nyarls Collection. Standing approximately 23 cm tall, this range reimagines the series’ characters with a feline theme, adding cat-inspired ears, tails and poses.
Mikan strikes a three-quarter pose, with her upper body slightly turned and one leg bent backwards. Her right hand is raised with her wrist curved in a gesture reminiscent of a cat’s paw, whilst her other arm is positioned behind her. Her long, dark brown hair falls in wavy strands down her back and is complemented by a pair of matching cat-like ears. Her orange eyes and calm expression remain true to the character’s distinctive appearance.
Her outfit is predominantly in shades of navy blue and white. It consists of a cropped top edged with white detailing and a pleated skirt adorned with large patterns reminiscent of paw prints. A long, dark blue tail wraps around her legs, further emphasising the feline theme. Fur-effect trim adorns her ankles, whilst navy blue high-heeled pumps complete the look.

Character background and lore
Mikan Yuki is the younger sister of Rito Yuki, the protagonist of To LOVE-Ru. Despite her young age, she has a much more mature and pragmatic personality than her brother. Shueisha’s official description portrays her as a particularly responsible schoolgirl, capable of handling household chores and managing the family home efficiently.
This maturity makes Mikan a real stabilising force in Rito’s chaotic daily life. The arrival on Earth of Lala Satalin Deviluke, followed by that of her sisters Nana and Momo, as well as numerous other alien characters, gradually transforms the Yuki household into a meeting place for a large part of the cast. Mikan, however, remains calm and frequently continues to keep the household running even when events spiral out of control. The official synopsis of To LOVE-Ru Darkness specifically notes that Rito finds himself surrounded by Lala, Nana, Momo, Haruna, Yami and numerous other heroines as his daily life is constantly disrupted by new incidents.
Mikan also maintains close ties with several characters in her brother’s circle, notably Golden Darkness, with whom she develops a special bond as the series progresses. Her role therefore does not rely on supernatural abilities or combat, but rather on her relationships with the other characters and the stability she brings to the Yuki family.
This Nyarls Collection piece offers a purely thematic interpretation of Mikan rather than an outfit directly inspired by a specific moment in the story. The ears, long tail and cat-like movements transform her appearance whilst retaining the key elements that make the character instantly recognisable: her long brown hair, her orange eyes and her composed expression.
