Origin and character’s universe
Created in 1938 alongside Superman, Lois Lane is an award-winning top-tier journalist working for Metropolis’s famous daily newspaper, the Daily Planet. Renowned for her strong-willed nature, sharp wit and courage – which often leads her to put herself in danger to uncover the truth – she is also Clark Kent’s great love and one of the few people who know his double identity. This specific edition forms part of the franchise’s cinematic revival, with the Superman film scheduled for 2025. It captures the modern essence of this independent and indispensable action heroine, who proves that you can be a major heroine in the DC Universe without needing superpowers.
