Background and universe of the franchise (Lore)
Pokémon is a universe centred on creatures with an extremely wide variety of forms, abilities and types. Trainers travel across different regions to encounter Pokémon, build their teams, train them and take part in battles.
Since the first adventures in the Kanto region, the universe has expanded to include numerous generations of Pokémon, new regions and different battle mechanics. Pikachu, the famous electric mouse, has notably become one of the franchise’s most recognisable characters.
The Metal Meltdown collection brings this world to life in a decorative design for everyday accessories, here featured on a large 695 ml ceramic latte mug.
