Origin and world of the character (Lore)
The POP! Pets collection pays tribute to the pets that share our daily lives and enrich our homes. Originally from Great Britain, where they were developed in the 19th century as retrievers for hunting, Golden Retrievers quickly established themselves as the family dog par excellence throughout the world. Renowned for their great intelligence, natural gentleness and legendary docility, Golden Retrievers are particularly sociable with children and other animals. Their innate desire to please their owners also makes them excellent assistance dogs for people with reduced mobility or search and rescue dogs for rescue teams, symbolising absolute loyalty.
