Origin and background of the licence (Lore)

The Nightmare Before Christmas is a stop-motion animated film released in 1993, conceived by Tim Burton and directed by Henry Selick.

The story follows Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town. Tired of celebrating the same festival year after year, he stumbles upon Christmas Town and becomes fascinated by the bright and cosy world of Christmas.

Convinced he can organise the festivities in his own way, Jack decides to take the place of Father Christmas. However, his very personal take on Christmas leads to a series of disasters, whilst Sally tries to warn him of the consequences of his plan.

Thanks to its gothic aesthetic, iconic characters and cult soundtrack, the film has established itself as an essential classic of fantasy animation. This set of magnets brings this world to life in a simple and practical decorative accessory, ideal for adding a touch of Halloween Town to your everyday life.
