Origin and character background
Orochimaru is one of the most iconic, complex and memorable antagonists in the masterful Naruto series and its sequel Naruto Shippuden, created by Masashi Kishimoto. A former student of the Third Hokage alongside Jiraiya and Tsunade, he was awarded the title of Legendary Sannin for his exceptional military exploits. Consumed by an obsessive desire for immortality and the ambition to learn every jutsu in the world, he conducts forbidden human experiments and defects from the Hidden Village of Konoha to found his own territory, the Village of Oto. A genius scientist and master manipulator, he has mastered occult techniques related to reincarnation, the wielding of the Kusanagi sword, and the summoning of giant snakes in the image of King Manda. Banpresto’s “Vibration Stars” collection draws on all its expertise to faithfully recreate his characteristic pale complexion, long black hair, his reptilian eyes rimmed with purple and his traditional outfit tied with a huge purple cord, offering an essential piece to crown any enthusiast’s display cabinet.
