Discover Katsuki Bakugo, one of the main heroes of My Hero Academia, with this figurine from the Muchute collection produced by FuRyu. Standing approximately 25 cm tall, this non-articulated figurine depicts Bakugo in a particularly dynamic pose, true to his explosive temperament and aggressive fighting style. This version is based on the world of the film My Hero Academia: You’re Next.
Bakugo is depicted in his hero costume, with his spiky blond hair, black mask and imposing grenade-shaped gauntlets. His determined expression, his mouth open as if in the heat of battle, and the position of his arms give the sculpture a strong sense of movement. The various elements of his outfit, notably the straps, protective padding and red and orange accents, immediately evoke the character’s visual identity.

Katsuki Bakugo is one of the central characters in My Hero Academia and Izuku Midoriya’s childhood rival. A pupil in Class 1-A at Yuei High School, he possesses excellent physical, intellectual and tactical abilities, but is also characterised by his particularly aggressive and competitive nature. His ambition is clear: to become the number one hero.
His Quirk, Explosion, enables him to secrete a substance similar to nitroglycerine from his palms and then detonate it. Bakugo uses this ability both to attack and to propel himself through the air, rapidly changing his trajectory in combat. His imposing hero gauntlets are designed around this power and are one of the most recognisable features of his costume.
Behind his arrogance and obsession with victory, Bakugo undergoes a significant evolution over the course of the series. His rivalry with Midoriya gradually forces him to rethink his concept of what it means to be a hero and to understand that victory does not depend solely on individual power. The particularly aggressive pose chosen for this Muchute figurine highlights one of the character’s fundamental traits: his constant drive to push himself to the limit and win every battle.
