Join the Minions in a world full of sweets with this Sweet Shop Series set from Beast Kingdom. Part of the Mini Egg Attack range, this collection reimagines Illumination’s famous characters amidst candy floss, popcorn, chewing gum and other colourful treats.
Each figurine is depicted in a different scene. Kevin is taking a photo of himself with candyfloss styled as a moustache, Stuart finds himself wrapped in a huge bubble of chewing gum, whilst Bob is enjoying a tub of popcorn with his teddy bear, Tim. Other figures play with lollipops and voluminous candy floss, giving the collection a sweet, fun and particularly expressive look.
The display pack contains six individual blind boxes. The figure inside each box remains a mystery until it is opened, adding an element of surprise to discovering the collection. The manufacturer’s images show six main designs as well as a secret edition.
Made from ABS and PVC, the figurines measure approximately 6.3 cm and stand on small transparent bases. Their compact size makes them easy to display on a shelf, a desk or in a display cabinet dedicated to the Minions and Beast Kingdom creations.
The Minions are small yellow creatures whose existence is devoted to finding a master powerful and evil enough to serve. However, their enthusiasm, clumsiness and language—made up of words borrowed from different languages—turn most of their missions into chaotic adventures.
Kevin usually stands out for his tall stature and responsible nature, whilst Stuart is recognisable by his single eye and carefree character. Bob, who is smaller and particularly sensitive, is often accompanied by his teddy bear, Tim. These complementary personalities are showcased in the Sweet Shop Series through food-themed scenes that illustrate their curiosity and their ability to turn even the simplest activity into a comical situation.
