Character origin and backstory (Lore)
First introduced in Marvel comics alongside Gwenpool and Deadpool, Jeff the Land Shark won over the public’s hearts before making a sensational debut in the competitive action video game Marvel Rivals, a team-based shooter developed by NetEase Games. In this fast-paced title, superheroes and supervillains from across the multiverse clash in destructible arenas at the heart of explosive battles.
Jeff is no ordinary shark: he is a small blue shark with four stocky legs that allow him to run on land. Despite his sharp teeth, he displays childlike innocence, unwavering loyalty and an insatiable appetite that drives him to gobble up anything that comes his way. In the world of Marvel Rivals, his presence provides a refreshingly humorous contrast amidst the iron armour and cosmic powers. This spring-loaded keyring captures his cheerful, round silhouette, making it an essential collectable for all players and fans of the Marvel universe.
