Character background and universe
To celebrate the 2023 live-action film adaptation, Funko revisits Disney’s iconic musical with a line of magical figures. Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, is an independent and headstrong mermaid, fascinated by the human world. After striking a deal with the sea witch Ursula to obtain human legs, she finally discovers life on dry land and embraces human customs.
This Funko Pop! version faithfully captures the reimagined aesthetic of the modern film. Ariel is depicted here in her stunning powder-blue ball gown with puffed sleeves, worn during her memorable exploration of the land realm alongside Prince Eric. Her long, textured auburn hair falls gracefully over her shoulders, adding a touch of poetry to this innocent pose. An essential collector’s item for all lovers of underwater fairy tales and Disney magic.
