- Origin and character background
Directly inspired by Steven Spielberg’s 1993 cinematic masterpiece, this exceptional figure brings to life the undisputed ruler of Isla Nublar: the Tyrannosaurus Rex. This diorama captures the film’s most spectacular moment, when the beast escapes from its enclosure during a widespread power cut. The figure’s pose perfectly captures the T-Rex roaring, with its mouth wide open, the claws of its forelimbs extended and its powerful tail raised high.
This high-end piece from The Noble Collection stands out for its meticulous attention to detail. The complex texture of the reptilian skin, the shades of brown in its coat and the carnivore’s impressive teeth are brought to life by remarkable paintwork. The decorated base recreates a muddy ground trampled by the titan, strewn with severed electric cables from the high-voltage fence. This centrepiece perfectly completes the manufacturer’s trilogy of mythical creatures, alongside the Velociraptor and the Dilophosaurus.
