Event: Studio Ghibli announces the release of the soundtracks to Hayao Miyazaki's legendary films, composed by Joe Hisaishi, for the first time on vinyl!
Each soundtrack is divided into three versions: the music based on the drawings, the music based on the film, and the music performed by an orchestra.
"Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind / Soundtrack" is the original soundtrack recorded for the film based on the picture book. The cover image is a watercolor painting that is the cover of the original comics, showing Nausicaä taking a gun to release Ohmu, a dying baby, from his suffering, though it is too late.
