Origin and background of the character
Launched in the early 2000s by Nickelodeon, the animated series *Jimmy Neutron:The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius* depicts the eventful daily life of a young scientific genius. Carl Wheezer is Jimmy’s first and most loyal friend. By nature deeply anxious, a hypochondriac and suffering from a long list of unusual allergies, Carl spends his time dreading the consequences of his friend’s mad inventions. Despite his chronic fears, his unconditional love for llamas, his impromptu songs and his passion for snacks make him a legendary comic relief character in the world of animation. This figurine captures his plump silhouette, round glasses and red hair with remarkable accuracy, making it an essential piece for completing Retroville’s cult trio.
