Origin and character’s universe
Inspired by thelive-action film adaptation of DreamWorks’ famous animated franchise, *Dragons*, this figure immerses us in the rugged and fantastical world of the island of Berk. Astrid Hofferson is a young elite Viking, recognised by her peers for her immense martial prowess, her agility in combat and her perfect mastery of the axe. Initially very strict about her clan’s traditions and fiercely opposed to dragons, her encounter with Harold and the Night Fury Hiccup completely changes her view of the world. Having become Harold’s most loyal ally and the trainer of the fearsome Monstrous Nightmare dragon named Storm, Astrid embodies the strength, independence and loyalty of Berk’s new generation.
