HARRY POTTER - Hedwig - Playing Cards in Plush Pouch

This officially licensed Harry Potter Paladone card game celebrates Hedwig, Harry’s faithful owl. The classic cards have been given a new twist with illustrations inspired by the character and her role as a messenger in the Wizarding World.

The set comes with a white plush pouch featuring Hedwig’s face. Her large yellow and black eyes, as well as the details of her plumage, are embroidered onto the surface, giving the pouch an instantly recognisable look. The pouch allows you to store and protect the cards after use, whilst offering an original and tactile presentation.

Compact in size, this set can easily be taken along to play whilst travelling or kept as a Harry Potter collectable. It also offers an original alternative to traditional card games thanks to its plush case, directly inspired by Hedwig.

Origin and character background (Lore)

Hedwig is a snowy owl given to Harry Potter by Rubeus Hagrid shortly before he started at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She quickly became one of his most loyal companions and accompanied him throughout his early years in the wizarding world.

In the Harry Potter universe, owls are used to deliver mail. Hedwig therefore regularly acts as a link between Harry and his friends, delivering letters and parcels throughout the wizarding world.

Recognisable by her white plumage, Hedwig holds a special place in Harry’s heart and symbolises both his entry into the world of magic and his connection to Hogwarts. This card game directly reflects her role as a messenger through illustrations featuring, in particular, letters and magical mail.
