Origin and background of the franchise (Lore)
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth instalment in the series. During his fourth year at Hogwarts, Harry finds himself mysteriously selected as the fourth champion of the Triwizard Tournament, a magical competition normally reserved for older pupils. He must face three particularly dangerous challenges alongside Cedric Diggory, Fleur Delacour and Viktor Krum, representing Hogwarts, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang respectively.
This adventure marks a major turning point in the story of Harry Potter. What begins as a prestigious tournament between schools of witchcraft and wizardry gradually leads to the revelation of a plot orchestrated to bring about the return of Lord Voldemort. From this instalment onwards, the threat posed by the Dark Lord becomes immediate once more and profoundly reshapes the rest of the saga.
Slytherin, the house featured on this notebook, is one of the four houses at Hogwarts. Founded by Salazar Slytherin and symbolised by a snake, it is traditionally associated with ambition, determination, cunning and a competitive spirit.
