GUNDAM X HOLOLIVE - Crossbone Gundam X1 Houshou Marine - Figure 14cm

GUNDAM × HOLOLIVE – Crossbone Gundam X1 × Houshou Marine – Nui Armor Ver. – 14 cm figure

Banpresto / Bandai Spirits brings together two iconic Japanese franchises with this figurine from the official GUNDAM × hololive production collaboration. This version combines the VTuber Houshou Marine with the Crossbone Gundam X1 from Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam in a design known as the Nui Armor Ver. Standing approximately 14 cm tall, the figurine features the compact, stylised design of the #hololive IF range.

The Nui Armor concept retains Houshou Marine’s chibi appearance whilst incorporating visual elements inspired by the Crossbone Gundam X1 into her outfit. The design thus fuses the identity of hololive’s pirate captain with that of the Mobile Suit, known for its aesthetic associated with the Crossbone Vanguard. The figurine is presented in a fixed, detailed pose, intended primarily for display.

Origin and character lore

Houshou Marine is a VTuber from hololive production and a member of the third generation of hololive Japan. Her character dreams of becoming a pirate and setting off in search of treasure; whilst waiting to get her own ship, she works as a VTuber. Pirate imagery, treasure and jewellery are an integral part of her official identity.

The Crossbone Gundam X1, designated XM-X1, appears in the manga *Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam*. It is used by the Crossbone Vanguard and piloted by Kincade Nau, the alias adopted by Seabook Arno. The Mobile Suit is particularly recognisable by its pirate-inspired motifs and its arsenal designed for close-quarters combat.

The GUNDAM × hololive production collaboration is developing several partnerships between hololive talents and Mobile Suits, accompanied by illustrations, pilot costumes, exclusive chibi characters and merchandise. In this project, Houshou Marine is officially paired with the Crossbone Gundam X1, with a specific version of the Mobile Suit also named the Crossbone Gundam X1 (Houshou Marine Ver.).

This Nui Armor Ver. figurine brings this collaboration to life in a more compact form: Houshou Marine retains her identity as a pirate captain whilst sporting design elements inspired by the Crossbone Gundam X1, creating a visual crossover between the world of hololive VTubers and that of Mobile Suit Gundam.
