Bandai HG 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (The Origin Version)
This model embodies the technological pinnacle of the famous piloted mobile suit within the Universal Century timeline. Every part of the internal structure reproduces the original mechanical design whilst featuring a level of detail unprecedented for this compact scale. The subtle shades of the coloured plastics create a striking visual contrast that brings the robot to life as soon as assembly is complete, without the need for any paintwork.
The exclusive articulation system in this version incorporates advanced linkages that allow it to replicate the flexibility of the human body with remarkable fluidity. The armour plates and asymmetrical lines specific to this version move in synchronisation with the limbs’ movements to preserve the robot’s silhouette even in its most dynamic combat poses. This centrepiece stands as the indispensable heart of any display dedicated to the world of giant combat robots.
