Discover Kratos accompanied by Mimir with this Funko POP! Games No. 1340 figurine, inspired by God of War Ragnarök. This depiction of the legendary Ghost of Sparta measures approximately 9.7 cm and captures his appearance during the Norse saga, complete with his imposing beard, distinctive red mark and warrior’s armour.
Kratos is depicted in an outfit comprising several layers of leather, fur and metal armour, faithful to the more Norse aesthetic adopted by the character. In his hand, he holds the head of Mimir, recognisable by its grey features and golden ornaments. This element is a detail directly linked to the events of *God of War* and the special bond between the two characters.
The design retains the characteristic proportions of the POP! range, whilst paying particular attention to the various elements of the armour, Kratos’s beard and Mimir. This version can be combined with the other characters from the God of War Ragnarök collection to recreate Kratos’s entourage during his journey through the Nine Realms.

Origin and character lore
Kratos is the protagonist of the God of War saga. A former Spartan warrior who became the God of War after battling the Greek gods, he eventually leaves his former homeland and builds a new life in the lands of Norse mythology. Now the father of Atreus, he attempts to break free from his violent past and learn to guide his son, whilst facing the consequences of his past actions. In God of War Ragnarök, he must choose between protecting Atreus and intervening in the conflict that threatens all Nine Realms.
Mimir appears in the 2018 God of War. A former adviser to Odin and the self-proclaimed wisest man in the world, he is found imprisoned within a tree atop a mountain. To escape his torment and help Kratos and Atreus reach Jötunheim, Mimir asks Kratos to cut off his head and then have it reanimated by Freya. Once resurrected, his head accompanies the two travellers and becomes an essential source of knowledge about the gods, the realms and Norse legends.
In God of War Ragnarök, Mimir remains one of Kratos’s closest companions. His head is usually attached to the Spartan’s belt whilst they are travelling, allowing him to comment on events and advise the group. PlayStation explicitly describes him as the talking, learned head carried by Kratos.
As Fimbulwinter heralds the arrival of Ragnarök, Kratos, Atreus and Mimir find themselves caught up in a conflict pitting several gods and peoples of the Nine Realms against one another. The relationship between Kratos and Mimir gradually evolves beyond that of a mere guide: Mimir becomes a friend and counsellor capable of helping the Spartan reflect on his choices, his past and the person he wishes to become. This bond continues even after Ragnarök, as Kratos embarks on his journey to Valhalla accompanied only by Mimir.
