Character background and universe (Lore)
In the ruthless world of G.I. Joe, Zartan embodies the most elusive threat to world peace. As leader of the Dreadnoks and a top mercenary for the criminal organisation Cobra, he has mastered the art of illusion to an almost mystical degree. Capable of altering the appearance of his voice and physical features to mimic anyone, he uses these skills within the Ninja Force faction to strike from the shadows. Behind his visual eccentricity and colourful mohawk, which distract his targets, lies an assassin of surgical precision, formidable with both bow and combat blades. His genius for infiltration and his cunning make him an unbeatable and unpredictable adversary for global elite forces. This figure celebrates his historical legacy within the saga whilst masterfully anchoring him in the modern era of the collection.
