Meet White Goodman, owner of Globo Gym and Peter LaFleur’s main rival, with this Funko POP! Movies No. 1815 figurine inspired by *Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story*. Standing approximately 10.2 cm tall, this new figure depicts the character played by Ben Stiller in the 2004 sports comedy.
White Goodman is depicted with his meticulously styled brown hair, along with his distinctive moustache and goatee. He is wearing a sports outfit consisting of a purple Globo Gym vest, grey shorts and black and grey trainers. A gold chain and a watch complete his deliberately sophisticated look.
The figurine is also holding a small blue dictionary. This accessory is a direct reference to White’s penchant for pretentious phrasing and expressions that are often used awkwardly. Funko presents this version as a White Goodman busy ‘sharpening his mind’ by revising his dictionary – a humorous detail that perfectly matches the character’s personality.

Character background and lore
White Goodman is the owner and founder of Globo Gym, a chain of high-end gyms that places an obsessive emphasis on physical appearance and performance. Played by Ben Stiller, he is the main antagonist in *Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story*, pitted against Peter LaFleur, owner of the much more modest Average Joe’s Gym.
When Average Joe’s financial difficulties give Globo Gym the opportunity to consider buying the premises, White seeks to acquire the gym in order to shut it down. Peter and his friends must raise $50,000 to save their gym and decide to take part in a dodgeball tournament in Las Vegas. Upon learning of their plan, White puts together his own team, the Globo Gym Purple Cobras, in order to beat them on the court and ensure the gym’s closure.
White is characterised by his narcissism, competitiveness and sense of superiority. He regards Globo Gym as the epitome of physical perfection and constantly contrasts his luxurious gym with Average Joe’s and its ordinary members. This arrogance, combined with his deliberately pompous and often inaccurate vocabulary, forms a large part of the character’s humour.
The rivalry reaches its peak during the tournament final, where the Purple Cobras face Average Joe’s. Following a foul by White, the match ends in a sudden-death showdown against Peter LaFleur. Peter ultimately wins the duel, then reveals that he has invested his winnings in a majority stake in Globo Gym, completely turning the tables and depriving White of control over his own empire.
