DATE A LIVE V - Yoshino "School Uniform" - Pop Up Parade L 18cm

DATE A LIVE V – Yoshino ‘School Uniform Ver.’ – POP UP PARADE L Figure – 18 cm

Meet Yoshino, one of the most endearing Spirits from Date A Live V, with this POP UP PARADE L – School Uniform Ver. figurine from Good Smile Company. This version depicts the character in her school uniform, a departure from her usual spirit outfit, for a softer, more everyday look.

The POP UP PARADE L range takes the accessible and easy-to-display concept of POP UP PARADE and presents it in a larger format. This Yoshino figurine stands approximately 18 cm tall and features a sculpt that faithfully captures her appearance in the series, with her reserved expression and instantly recognisable design.

Made from painted plastic, this non-articulated figurine comes with its display stand. Its compact size – whilst larger than some classic figurines in the range – means it fits easily into a ‘Date A Live’ display cabinet, particularly alongside Tohka or Kurumi in their School Uniform versions.

Character background and lore

Yoshino is one of the Spirits encountered by Shido Itsuka in Date A Live. Extremely shy and reserved by nature, she stands out for her kindness and peaceful nature, which contrasts with the threat that the Spirits’ powers can pose when they appear in the human world.

Yoshino is often accompanied by Yoshinon, a rabbit-shaped puppet which she carries in her hand. Yoshinon has a much more talkative and extroverted personality, frequently acting as an intermediary when Yoshino finds it difficult to express her emotions directly.

Her power is associated with ice and water, whilst her Astral Dress and usual appearance reinforce her fairy-like aesthetic. This School Uniform Ver., on the other hand, chooses to show Yoshino in a more everyday setting, illustrating her gradual integration into a more normal life alongside Shido and the other Spirits.

This POP UP PARADE L version thus highlights a calmer and more familiar side to the character, ideal for collectors wishing to gather the heroines of Date A Live V in their school uniforms.
