Origin and backstory of the character
Directly inspired by the eponymous television series *Chucky*, created by Don Mancini, this version depicts a dramatic turning point for the infamous serial killer Charles Lee Ray. During season 3, after being forcibly exiled from the Damballa cult, the evil spirit finds itself trapped in a plastic body that is, for the very first time, subject to human biological ageing. As he grows increasingly frail, wrinkled and senile, the Good Guy doll must redouble his cruelty and ingenuity to carry out his dark sacrificial rituals. This Funko Pop! figurine captures the aged and weary features of the horror icon with morbid accuracy, forming an essential pair to display alongside the Phantom Chucky version.
