Character background and lore

Haruka Igusa is a pupil at Gehenna Academy in the Blue Archive universe. She is a member of Problem Solver 68, a group led by Aru Rikuhachima which presents itself as an organisation carrying out various missions, albeit sometimes in a manner that is more chaotic than truly professional.

Haruka is characterised by a particularly shy, anxious and insecure personality. Nevertheless, she harbours deep admiration and almost absolute loyalty towards Aru, whom she regards as an exceptional person.

Despite her reserved demeanour and lack of confidence, Haruka can prove surprisingly determined when it comes to protecting her comrades or helping Problem Solver 68. This contrast between her shyness and her sometimes extreme reactions is a significant part of her charm and humour in the series.

With her instantly recognisable design and her place within one of Blue Archive’s most popular groups, Haruka Igusa has become a particularly beloved character amongst fans of the franchise.
