Meet Yuno, the wind magic prodigy and member of the Golden Dawn in *Black Clover*, with this Funko POP! Animation figure No. 2617. This item is actually a POP! & Buddy set: Yuno is accompanied by Sylph, the wind spirit he calls Bell. Yuno stands approximately 11.7 cm tall, whilst Sylph is approximately 6.4 cm tall.
Yuno is depicted standing in his Golden Dawn Knight-Mage outfit, complete with his dark blue cape, light-coloured cape and the numerous gold and red embellishments on his uniform. His spiky black hair and calm expression are true to his usual appearance, whilst Sylph is positioned beside him in a slight floating pose. The contrast between Yuno’s understated silhouette and the spirit’s pale green hair makes the duo instantly recognisable.
Sylph’s presence is the key distinguishing feature of this edition. The small figurine comes with its own transparent stand to simulate flight and can be displayed right next to Yuno. Together, they visually represent the bond between the mage and the spirit that enhances his wind magic abilities.
Yuno grew up in the church in the village of Hage alongside Asta, his adoptive brother and rival. Both share the same goal: to one day become the Mage Emperor of the Kingdom of Clover. Unlike Asta, who lacks magical ability, Yuno proved to be a true prodigy from childhood and was given a rare four-leaf clover grimoire. He then joined the Golden Dawn, one of the most prestigious Mage Knight companies in the kingdom.
Yuno possesses an exceptional affinity for wind magic. His potential increases even further when he is chosen by Sylph, one of the great elemental spirits. Also known as Bell by Yuno, Sylph represents the elemental power of air and can generate powerful gusts. Mages capable of forming a bond with a spirit enjoy a considerably higher level of magical power.
The relationship between Yuno and Sylph therefore becomes essential to his progress. Bell is particularly expressive, talkative and very attached to Yuno, whilst he generally maintains his calm and reserved demeanour. This contrast in personalities adds to the duo’s charm and explains why Funko chose to bring the two characters together in this POP! & Buddy No. 2617 edition.
