The Glare Cyclops 7-55FB spinning top joins Hasbro’s Beyblade X range in an Endurance-focused configuration, designed to prioritise stability and spin duration.
The Glare Cyclops spins clockwise and combines the Glare Cyclops Blade with the 7-55 Ratchet and the Free Ball (FB) Bit. The latter features a spherical end that can rotate freely, a design intended to promote the top’s balance and minimise energy loss during battles.
Its design is centred around the Cyclops motif, with a central emblem depicting its single eye. Like other Beyblade X models, Glare Cyclops is compatible with the X-Celerator Gear system in Beyblade X Beystadiums, allowing the top to grip the arena’s track and perform the characteristic accelerations known as Xtreme Dash. The various parts of the top can also be combined with other compatible Beyblade X parts to create customised set-ups.
The product is available as a Starter Pack and includes the complete spinning top as well as a launcher with a rack, allowing you to play straight away when paired with a Beyblade X Beystadium.
Beyblade X builds on the concept of customisable top battles from the Beyblade franchise, adding the X-Celerator system. The spinning tops can latch onto the Beystadium’s toothed track to suddenly gain speed and perform Xtreme Dash manoeuvres, giving the battles a faster pace and making them more focused on movement around the arena.
Glare Cyclops features a visual design inspired by the Cyclops, a creature from Greek mythology traditionally depicted with a single eye in the centre of its face. This inspiration is reflected in the central emblem on the Blade and gives this version its own distinct identity amongst the original designs in Hasbro’s Beyblade X range.
